Unique Bridal Experience Show


Saturday March 17, 2012 • 11:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.

Double JJ Resort will be hosting the “Unique Bridal Experience,” on Saturday, March 17, 2012 from 11am-4pm. This event will showcase three amazing receptions (and the Green Beer Groom’s Lounge!), complete with themed & decorated venues, appetizers, music, and more.

Interactive Exhibitors- One Exhibitor per category will sponsor one banquet location. This will allow them to showcase their products and/or services in an actual wedding reception environment.  Potential brides will visit each of these “reception” areas to experience what their reception could be.


Categories needed are as follows:

  • Florist
  • Decorator/Rental Company
  • Disc Jockey
  • Bridal Formal Wear
  • Bakery/Wedding Cakes
  • Limousine Service
  • Musicians


Interactive Exhibitors will provide their full services to showcase their company and what it has to offer. These Exhibitors will also be listed on printed materials given to brides at registration, and will be given booth space at that venue location.
Once the selected Exhibitors have been assigned to their banquet location they will receive the other Exhibitors’ information to network and coordinate ideas for this event.

Non-Interactive Exhibitor- These Exhibitors will receive a booth space at one of the banquet locations to showcase their product and/or services.

Tables- Linens, tables, and two chairs are available for an additional charge.  Exhibitors are more than welcome to provide their own table, chairs, linen, etc.


Door Prizes- All Exhibitors are required to provide a door prize.  Names of registered brides will be gathered at registration for these drawings.  Exhibitors may do their own prize drawings at their individual booths, separate from the main drawing.


Mailing List- Exhibitors will receive a mailing list of all registered brides via email after the event.
