The Thoroughbred Suites are being built in two phases. Phase I is built and almost sold out, but you can still get one if you act fast!

The Thoroughbred Suites offer professionally furnished residential condominiums, each with full kitchen with self cleaning oven, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and microwave, in-room Jacuzzi, private balcony, fireplace, and underground parking. Units range from 864 to 1,584 square feet.

The Thoroughbred Suites are strategically located on the boundaries of the Thoroughbred Golf Club and adjacent to the Gold Rush Indoor Waterpark.

The Thoroughbred Suites are being operated as a resort hotel. Owners have the opportunity to rent their units when they are not using their suite and to join the Double JJ Winner's Circle which will give them access to many of the resort programs as well as discounts on meals, activities and merchandise.
