The Homesteads Condominiums offer professionally furnished residential condos, each with a large great room with a fireplace and a spacious full kitchen with self cleaning oven, refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, and garbage disposal.

Choose between a one, two, or three bedroom unit, each with master bedroom suites with in-room Jacuzzi. The Homesteads Condominiums are strategically located on the boundaries of the Thoroughbred Golf Club and adjacent to the Gold Rush Indoor Waterpark.

The Homesteads are operated as a resort hotel and are purchased in quarter-shares. Quarter-share ownership offers owners the ability to enjoy 13 rotating weeks per year in their own unit. Owners have the ability to place their unit in the Double JJ's rental program when not being used by owner or their guests. Rentals are available year-round and provide owners with up to 50% of the rental income.

Owners will have the opportunity to join the Winner's Circle at the Double JJ which will give them access to many of the resort programs as well as discounts on meals, activities and merchandise.
