Concierge Services are available at the resort to assist in all of your vacation needs, from scheduling horseback trail rides to the most common questions, our dedicated staff are here to ensure you have a vacation to remember.

To make your stay more convenient and restful, ask about our massage services, babysitting services and golf cart rentals to make your way around the property are available for an additional fee.

Check-in and Check-out Policy:

Rooms will be available after 4:00 pm on the day of your arrival. On your day of departure check-out time is 11:00 am, however, please feel free to enjoy activities until 4:00 pm. Unauthorized late checkouts will be charged a $25-per-hour late fee.

Golf Cart & Bicycle Rentals

Golf carts and bicycles are available for rent to be used on resort property during your stay. The Bike Path stretches from one end of the resort to the other, making it easy to get around on wheels.

Ice

You may purchase bags of ice at The JJ Ranch's Trading Post or the Back Forty's General Store. There is also an ice machine in the lower level of The Lofts Hotel.

Massage

We have several talented massage therapists on call to help you release all the stress of your busy life. Individual massage sessions in your accommodation may be scheduled through any Double JJ office. To ensure availability, please schedule in advance.

Wash Tub

Located in the Back Forty RV Park and The JJ Ranch Tower, coin-operated washers and dryers and are open 24 hours a day. Soap may be purchased in the Back Forty General Store and The JJ Ranch Trading Post or vending machines in the laundry.

Babysitting

We can provide child care in your family's accommodation. To ensure availability, please provide at least 24 hours notice.

Kids Day Camp

In the summer time, children of all ages will have a great time without Mom and Dad! Programs are designed appropriately for each age group. Full and half-day sessions are available.
