Let the folks at the Double JJ Ranch, Waterpark & Golf Resort do the cooking and enjoy some real western flare! We have great dining options throughout the resort including mouth watering meals, barbecues, all-you-can-eat buffets, delicious steaks, and snacks to go.

• Sundance Saloon & Steakhouse

Sundance Menu

Casual fine dining awaits you in this two-story, tall timber restaurant overlooking Carpenter Lake and the Thoroughbred Golf Club. Serving sizzlin' steaks, ribs, fish, and chicken along with scrumptious soups and salads, your appetite will surely be satisfied. Join us on Friday nights for All-You-Can-Eat Ribs!

Saturday nights the Sundance Steakhouse will be transformed into the "Salute the Old West Buffet." This upscale dining experience will include grilled-to-order steaks, sides, & desserts. Bring the whole family along & indulge in some of the Double JJ's most popular dishes, all while enjoying the beautiful vistas from the Sundance Dining Room.

The buffet is available for $7 for kids & $13 for adults. Choose to add on an 8oz. Top Sirloin, Flat Iron, or Sizzler Steak, Salmon, or Shrimp for $12.50 for kids & $19.50 for adults.

Running from 5pm-10pm on Saturday nights, the "Salute the Old West Buffet" is sure to please even the hungriest of cowpokes. Listen for the dinner bell, and we'll see you there!

• Rustler's Roost

Located inside the Gold Rush Indoor Waterpark building, Rustler's Roost is a casual eatery serving gourmet pizza, soup, salads, burgers, and sandwiches.

Year-Round Snack Bars

• Pony Expresso

Located in the Gold Rush Waterpark building, the Pony Expresso serves lattes, cappuccinos, espressos, pastries, ice cream, and more. The Pony Expresso is located in the lobby & is adjacent to the Feed Store.

• Miner's Gulp

A great little snack bar located inside the Gold Rush Waterpark, Miner's Gulp is the place to find ice cream, chips, & beverages without having to change out of your swimsuit!

• Jolly Rancher Bar

Located adjacent to Rustler's Roost, the Jolly Rancher offers pizzas, soft drinks, and a full bar.

Seasonal Restaurants & Snack Bars

• Back Forty Ice Cream Parlor

Doesn't everyone scream for ice cream? At Double JJ you'll find it in the Back Forty adjacent to the General Store. Seasonal hours vary.

• Shooter's Saloon

A great place for some hearty western fare! Shooters is a family-friendly saloon located at the Back Forty Ranch. Please check the "Daily Activities" button on the home page for current hours.

• Cactus Jack's

Located at the Swimmin' Hole in the Back Forty, Cactus Jack's snack bar offers ice cream, snacks, & beverages.

• Pig Roast
