Boarding Barn

All horses on Double JJ property must provide proof of vaccination (Four-way, Rhino, and Strangles) as well as a current Coggins Test.

Have your own horse to ride and just wanting to visit for the day? Enjoy our 24 miles of horse trails throughout the Back Forty, Original Ranch and the Thoroughbred Golf Course.

– Daily Trail Pass $10/day
– Annual Trail Pass $120

Boarding

  • Daily Board – $20/day
    Includes stall, stall cleaning and hay for one day.
  • Pasture Board – $100
    Includes turn-out in one of our 50+ acres of lush, green pasture with the community herd. Round bales are given during the winter and herd has access to trace minerals, salt, and fresh water all year long.
  • Partial Board – $125
    Includes turn-out in one of our paddocks with automatic waters and staff available to feed twice a day.
  • Full Board – $160
    Includes a stall with a rubber matt flooring and turn out to a private or small herd paddock with staff available to feed twice a day. Stalls are also cleaned once a day.
  • Training – $475
    Includes 30 days of training, a stall, hay, and 14-6 feed. Problem solving, tune-ups, and colt starting are welcomed. Spaces are limited.
  • Winter: Blanketing available during winter months for $30 a month. This includes someone to place and remove blankets as needed or per owner’s guidelines.

– Hot/Cold wash racks
– Miles of private and public trails with wonderful an scenic views
– Round pen
– Farrier visits every 4 weeks and access to an equine veterinarian
– Manager lives on-site

Board does NOT include feed, supplements, hay, shavings, farrier services, deworming, and veterinary care as each horse’s needs are unique.

The resort has access to quality feeds, hay, and sawdust. Just ask to discuss your horse’s individual needs to tailor a feeding program just right for them or you can bring in your own hay and feed. Our tailored feeding program is applied to your bill at the beginning of the month after reviewing.
