If you always wanted to be a cowboy, wondered what it feels like to be up there in the saddle, or if you just want to ride like the wind... Double JJ Ranch, Waterpark and Golf Resort's horseback riding offers a complete experience for the beginner and expert alike.

We offer walk, trot and canter trail rides daily (weather permitting), and encourage you to take advantage of the variety of horseback riding activities and lessons we have to offer to cowpokes of all ages.

Trail Ride Levels

Beginner Ride (Walk)

Horse walks at a leisurely pace so you can enjoy the countryside.

Intermediate Ride (Trot)

Includes walking and trotting when conditions allow.

Advanced Ride (Canter)

Includes walking, trotting and cantering, and requires that you be able to control your horse in all conditions.
