What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in time is after 4:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am from your room. If you are on a package that includes the waterpark, you may pre-register for your wristbands at 10:00 am and begin to enjoy the park. On day of departure you may use the waterpark after you check-out of your room.

Can we bring our pets?

Pets are allowed in our Family Cabins. There is a $25 per pet per night fee. There is a $100 deposit that is refundable as long as there is no damage.

Are there non-smoking rooms?

Yes, we have a variety of non-smoking rooms located in the Thoroughbred Suites, Loft Hotel, and Log Homes.

Can we get a late check-out?

Check-out of your room is 11:00 am. Late checkouts are based on availability and a $25 per hour fee will apply.

Where can we eat our meals?

We have a variety of restaurants and snack bars available. Visit the dining page on our website for more details, and when you're here, check your "Daily Round Up" for hours!

Are there rooms in the waterpark building?

There are no hotel rooms in the building itself. The closest rooms available are the Thoroughbred Suites, which is adjacent to the waterpark.

Do you have internet access?

Yes we do! The Sundance Lobby, Gold Rush Waterpark and the Thoroughbred Suites all have wireless internet access at no charge.

Are there handicap-accessible rooms available?

Yes! Our handicap-accessible rooms are located in the Loft Hotel and Thoroughbred Suites.

What is in a "full kitchen?"

There are utensils, plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, pots and pans (not baking dishes), dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, coffee pot, stove with oven and a full-size refrigerator.
